Isolated curling near doorways and thresholds
- Doorways see the most foot traffic and the most temperature swing between rooms, so bond stress concentrates there first
- Threshold bars fitted too tight can pin the LVT and stop it moving with the rest of the run
- Curling right at a threshold is often the first visible sign of a wider bond problem, not an isolated fault
- Checking both sides of the threshold, not just the visible curl, avoids missing a bigger issue
